More about the webinar

The last 18 months have been a roller coaster of experiences and emotions as you have established your PCNs and risen to the challenge of the pandemic and the delivery of the vaccination programme. The London Leadership and Lifelong Learning Team would like to invite you to this session with other PCN colleagues to share your challenges and learning.

Taking an After Action Review approach this webinar will be led by Louisa Hardman from Living Potential who has delivered the London PCN Development Programme with the London Leadership and Lifelong Learning Team for the last two years. It will provide a safe space to review what has happened so far and what we can learn from that going forward.

More about the survey

The Institute for Employment Studies (IES) have been commissioned to conduct a study of the wellbeing of the primary care workforce. IES is an independent, not-for-profit research institute that specialises in evaluation and research on employment and HR matters.

The survey is the third in a series that will be used to assess the current wellbeing of the workforce. It asks you to reflect on your personal wellbeing as well as the functioning of your team and your experiences of working remotely.

The IES is using the results of this research to continually improve the coaching support being offered.
