The NHSE/I National Time for Care Team are currently offering a suite of online sessions open to all PCNs and Practices covering the following topics;

• Creating an improvement strategy using a Driver Diagram
• An Introduction to Large Scale Change
• Reliable Design
• Effective communication using the SBAR tool
• Stakeholder Engagement

PCNs and Practices do not have to be engaged in the Time for Care Access Improvement Programme to access these sessions and you can access as little or as many as you would like.
