We are pleased to be offering a series of events aimed at early career GPs in Frimley, entitled “Frimley Aspiring Leaders”.

The events promise to be inspirational, relevant and value-adding and will focus on:

• Effective Networking
• People leadership
• Practice Management
• Change Leadership
• Developing portfolio careers

Each event will include a variety of networking opportunities, skills workshops, panel discussions and interviews.
We are lining up some amazing facilitators for interactive skills workshops; inspirational leaders, national and local to showcase leadership in action and for them to share their experiences and leadership journey with you.
The events will be virtual and run from February to November 2021. It will be a series of Thursday evenings every second month and one Saturday morning.

This session – Effective Networking – will focus on the importance of effective networking, skills and techniques to improve networking, as well as digital networking and promises to be informative, fun and interactive! We have Practive delivering a workshop on effective networking which will be followed by an interview with the first of many inspirational guests, Dr Murray Ellender, the GP, CEO and Co-Founder of econsult.
