Making Every Contact Count is an approach to ensure people are able to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of the population by encouraging and supporting people to change behaviours that may be damaging to their health.
During the training you will develop the understanding and confidence to be able to make the most of the time you have to empower people to improve their lifestyles. Making Every Contact Count is about making the most of the opportunities to make a difference to people’s health and wellbeing. By supporting people to make changes to their lifestyles it is possible to prevent ill health, improve health and reduce health inequalities.
The training takes place over two online sessions, each lasting 3 hours, both sessions need to be attended to complete the RSPH accredited training course.
