Safeguarding training is delivered by Health Education England e-Learning for Healthcare (HEE e-LfH) who have worked in partnership with a number of national colleges and subject matter experts to develop a set of high quality, national resources for Safeguarding of Adults and Children at Levels 1-4.
National Intercollegiate Documents have been published to define the safeguarding knowledge, skills and attitudes required by staff working in health and care settings. The documents specify the safeguarding competencies required at each level.
NHS Safeguarding are also hosting study sessions which can be used as an adjunct to this online learning resource. These are events that span a safeguarding life course and are taking place on each day of the 2nd – 5th November at 12pm – 1pm. Please click here to find out more.
