Dear colleague,

We are inviting you to take part in the Frimley Primary Care Staff Survey and urge you to complete it as fully and frankly as you can.

We will be specifically gauging your thoughts on themes such as your primary care role and the value it adds, your development and growth opportunities, the primary care environment, health & wellbeing, inclusion & diversity, and communication. The aim will be to share the outcomes widely with Primary Care Leadership, ICS stakeholders and partners such as NHSE/I and HEE, to collaborate and ensure the improved experience of working in primary care.

By taking part in the survey, you can help us to understand what it’s really like to work here and help us to improve Primary Care across the Frimley system as a first-choice career destination.
